🥒Cucumber is an amazing food for health and for weight loss! 🥒 I’m sure you know that. But if you don’t like eating cucumber (just like me), here’s how to enjoy it while getting all the benefits (Weightloss is just one of them)

How to enjoy it (even if you don’t like it):

1. Masala Cucumber: (Easiest and quickest )
Slice it, add black salt, jeera, chilli & lemon – street-style snack!

2. Curd Mix: (Best for summers)
Grate & mix with curd, salt, jeera – quick raita-style salad. OR
Mix with hung curd, salt, coriander, pomegranate and enjoy

3. Garlic Toss: (For those garlic lovers)
Toss with olive oil, garlic, lemon & herbs – let it rest for 10 mins.

4. Mixed Salad: (Apna Desi salad)
Mix with diced tomatoes, onions, coriander, lemon – chaat-style.
