Uncontrolled and mindless eating on long weekends and holidays is very natural but a wrong practice. From several years people have been vacationing, spending leisure time with friends and family, partying on weekends - having feasts every now and then. In this process of enjoyment, we tend to put on a lot of weight unknowingly. Every weekend, an intake of 500 kcal extra may lead to about 3.5 kg of body fat. However, if we are aware and careful, we may not gain this weight. Yes, this is possible if you knowingly, compensate or balance the extra calorie intake every week by eating healthier and in calorie deficit in the next few days of the fun days.
I am sharing below a diet plan which focuses on intake of more fibre, more protein and lower on calories throughout the day cutting down the excess carbs from the diet n hence compensating for the over intake of Calories n carbs the previous week..
