Do you still hate Sprouts ?

Sprouts are amazingly nutritious but plain sprouts? I always found them boring! 🌱✨ But knowing their benefits I had to find a way to eat them regularly. And I found out that adding them daily in small ways has really changed my diet and here’s what helped me stick with it:
✅ I toss a handful into my regular salads with cucumber, carrot, capsicum, some lemon and chaat masala, yum!
✅ I stuff them in my sandwiches and wraps for a protein kick, and I don’t even taste them.
✅ My 5 min sprout chaat is a lifesaver: sprouts mixed with onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander, green and tamarind chutneys (Oh i love the Mithi chutney). Sometimes I add boiled sweet potato and it becomes a full meal.
✅ I add them into my poha, upma or pulao and they steam soft and taste great.
✅ I mix them into my dosa or chilla batter for that hidden protein boost.
✅ I stir them into curd to make a quick sprout raita that’s so cooling and filling.
✅ I keep a ready masala sprout jar in the fridge for two days. Just scoop and eat, no excuses!
✅ I even mash sprouts into tikkis and enjoy them in rolls, burgers or just with a dip. Its tasty and kid-friendly too!

✌️✌️I use mostly boiled or steamed sprouts as they are easy to eat and blend in everywhere. Using raw ones so diversely is challenging due to its crunch and taste.
